Born Free Foundation - Keep Wildlife in the Wild

The UK Rhino Group (UKRG) is an informal forum for the discussion of rhino conservation issues, which also undertakes some fundraising, publicity and lobbying activities. The UKRG’s main concern is to disseminate information within the conservation community as effectively as possible.  The Group aims to protect the world’s five species of endangered rhinoceros, increase public awareness and collectively lobby Government Ministries and other bodies to obtain funding and promote action.  The Group organises joint fundraising events, encourages the exchange of relevant information between group members and supports the enforcement of international legislation, particularly CITES¹, relating to trade in rhinos and their products.  Born Free has been an active member of the UK Rhino Group, and help with its website  www.rhinogroup.org.uk
