Sinbad is a friendly and beautiful lion who urgently needs you to adopt him. He is only six years old and should be in his prime. But this thin young male is desperately undersized and his teeth are broken and worn.

Sinbad was rescued by Born Free from a cramped and rusty cage in a Romanian zoo in July 2007. He is half the size of a normal lion and was kept on a bare concrete floor with only an old log and car tyre for ‘enrichment’. Thanks to Born Free Sinbad now lives in a large natural enclosure at our big cat sanctuary in South Africa. But he will always rely on our protection. Please adopt this little lion and help him to recover his strength and dignity.
