Want a once-in-a-lifetime experience and extraordinary adventure to push your limits AND champion wildlife by raising vital funds? An international charity challenge can be personally enriching and have a positive impact.

Carefully consider the climate impact of your journey. Explore eco-friendly options like trains or buses, join a group to share transport, opt for tour operators prioritising sustainability, select accommodation with eco-friendly practices, support local conservation and explore initiatives to offset carbon from your travel.

Seek out carefully curated challenges such as those offered by Different Travel*. You could survive the wilds of winter in Norway on the Arctic Survival Challenge – mastering back-country skiing and snow-shoeing (2 – 9 February 2025). Walk the ancient path of Camino Santiago in Spain (10 – 17 May 2025), traversing Galicia’s hilly landscapes to reach Santiago Compostela. Venture into Kenya on a walking safari in the Loita Hills and onwards for a safari in the Masai Mara (27 September – 4 October 2025) all while raising funds for the conservation of the wild places we all cherish.

Fuel your adventures with purpose and raise vital funds for Born Free. Make a difference while experiencing the world in unforgettable ways.
