Juani School with 207 pupils is found on Mafia Island, 20km off the coast of Tanzania.  Mafia is a hotspot for endangered marine turtles, and with Born Free’s help a team works with local people to protect them.  Juani School is severely underfunded, but thanks to Kuoni, a vital new classroom is being built and equipped with desk and text books.
