Save Amboseli Update - 14th July

Dear Friends and Colleagues
Sadly, there is yet more disappointing
news to report on the Amboseli court situation.
The latest court mention took place in Nairobi on the 14th July.
Unfortunately however, the Attorney General's deputy solicitor
was unable to attend the mention and so there has been a further
delay.
A new mention is now scheduled for the 27th July, at which time
the hearing date will allegedly be set. However, we have been
advised that it is unlikely the hearing will take place before
the 16th September. Apparently, the High Court judges will be
taking a break for summer on 31st July and will re-open on 16th
September.
We will, of course, keep you up to date with any further news.
