As Senior Executive, Will works as team leader on all aspects of the strategic and tactical work of the Foundation, reporting to the Trustees with regard to campaigns, financial management, personnel, marketing and PR, in consultation with colleagues.  Will is responsible for maintaining and driving forward the vision and acts as key spokesperson at BFF events, presentations, to the media, at workshops and other forums.

Mandy joined the Foundation in 1998 as Office Manager before moving to the role of PA in 2000.  Her main role is to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office and to support him on a daily basis, which involves all aspects of the Foundation’s work and the running of the head-quarters in Horsham.  Mandy also works on grant seeking. mandy@bornfree.org.uk
